Our cleaning process is deep cleaning and dusting off the rug, and we do not use any chemical to preserve the rug. We shampoo the rug by hand and thoroughly rinse it off to get all of the dirt out of it. Then, we will lay it down with fans to dry it. This process might take 1 week- 2 weeks.
